We say a definite No to plagiarisms, but still strongly encourage inspiration. There is nothing wrong with drawing from the creativity of others, being inspired by their style and then creating your own solutions based on these.
Still, it is worth to look for inspiration in the works of others and from that define your own path. Inspiration or imitation? Where does inspiration end, and copying start?
